Fox411.com's Pop Tarts column exclusively revealed the cover art for “Kendra Exposed,” a sex tape with the former "Girls Next Door" star that Vivid entertainment is planning on releasing next month.

Wilkinson reportedly made the tape when she was just 18, long before her marriage to NFL player Hank Baskett.
However numerous reports have said the former Playboy bunny attempted to sell the tape herself back in 2008 when she was engaged to Baskett.
